Copyright & Image Use Notice

All photographs and media delivered by KJ Films LLC is protected by United States copyright law. Copyright ownership remains exclusively with the photographer unless otherwise stated in writing.

By downloading, accessing, sharing, or using these images, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. License to Use
   The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for marketing and promotion of the specific property, business, or listing for which the images were created.

2. Permitted Uses
   Images may be used for:

   • MLS and real estate listing services

   • Property marketing materials

   • Social media promotion

   • Print and digital advertising related to the property

   • Portfolio use by agents, brokers, builders, designers, or property owners directly connected to the project

3. Restrictions
   The client may not:

   • Sell, sublicense, transfer, or give images to unrelated third parties without written permission

   • Alter images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work

   • Remove watermarks or metadata when present

   • Use images for AI training datasets, stock photography, or resale purposes

   • Reuse images for future listings or marketing unrelated properties without permission

4. Property Re-Listing & Transfer of Use
   Image use rights apply only to the original client and intended listing/project. If a property is re-listed with another agent or brokerage, new licensing permission must be obtained from the photographer.

5. Copyright Enforcement
   Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these images constitutes copyright infringement and may result in licensing fees, legal action, and statutory damages under U.S. copyright law.

6. Social Media & Portfolio Rights
   The photographer reserves the right to use all created media for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, competitions, educational purposes, and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing before the shoot.

7. Acceptance of Terms
   Downloading or using these files constitutes acceptance of these terms and confirms that the client understands and agrees to the licensing conditions above.
